I've order from this Subway 3 times now (delivery). The first time they didn't have the footlong cookie. Then the next time I order online the Teriyaki CHICKEN SUB & they gave me the Cheese Steak Sub. So I ordered one more time & they canceled my order sending me a texts telling me to contact the store directly. So I call the store & no one is picking up the phone. This location sucks!!

I have ordered a sandwich from this Subway several times and have experienced excellent customer service as well as excellent sandwiches and cookies. I usually order the foot long veggie delight and the Raspberry cheesecake cookies and they are really delicious and last me the whole day. The staff is very good about getting a long line out the door while serving customers efficiently and respectfully and I believe the service and high nutritional quality of the food will keep this Subway open and thriving for a long time.

After rejection of food service at Popeyes Chicken. Subway saved my time and hunger with a nice sandwich Combo. Prejudice is real. Food at subway saved my taste, the temperature was perfect, stayed alive a lil longer. ?. I've had to fight a lot over food with desperate services all my life. Fussing. I haven't had a meal without prejudice yet. Subway Super Hero. !!!

This is one of the good locations if you ever experienced one of the bad ones. I have before, but it was a while back. It's kept clean, it's in a plaza but for a plaza where most of the stores close early(plaza hours), it actually has good hours as well as the service. It's one of the stores that actually stay open late or later you can say in comparison to the others that closes around the same time as most of the stores in that plaza, around 5 or 6. They stay open till at least 8 most days I believe. They make their sandwiches pretty good, especially the new ones. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and they are not too busy, other then around lunch time. It's a little different then because there is really only a few other places around it to get something to eat, and it's one of the prime spots at lunch hour aka rush hour. So around that time it's not necessarily suggested unless you don't mind a wait. All in all it's a good subway to go too.

The room was wack I added deluxe meat on my sandwich and they didn't add it on top of that they didn't add mustard to my sandwich. They got mad when I came in asking to use the restroom...bad customer service and bad build sandwich better off going to Alameda l.

This is good store in Oakland city center. It's very close to BART station. Staff is good and they love to know feedback if you have any. Since store was relatively less busy, staff asked me quality of sandwiches and if I like it or not. He explained nutrients available in meal, it was very informative.There is place to seat outside here.Vegetarian options: Standard vegetarian option available to any Subway store.
