Generally a good experience with this location but night shift workers need more help and guidance. They used to be on top of things but have rotated employees who seem to be slower and don't get mobile orders on time / prioritize whoever comes in the door.
This sandwich shop is very downtown, and since that was where I was, I went inside to get a sandwich. No real place to sit so I went outside where I found some benches and I had a big lunch.
Service was fine. They’re friendly enough, I didn’t expect much. The servings were bad. It felt like they didn’t want to use any of their products. Two slices of ham and a pinch of lettuce. Sad. I’m guessing that’s how they’re being trained.
