I usually go through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell LOL I show up on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays because I take care of a little girl who I buy a soda on Tuesdays and Thursdays but then on Friday I purchased her a happy hour freeze. The people are usually dry in personality LOL for example they don't look at you but they say have a good day and close the window.
Dirty inside, half an hour of waiting for my order.........

Usually they’re fine, but tonight they left out a chicken nugget order, gave us an incorrect drink, and made the food pretty lackluster as well. With an AI voice taking orders, we thought they might be freed up to do their job better — clearly we were wrong.

I'm getting use to the drive up AI. It's a good place for a quick bite. I like the taco supreme, but I wish they would bring back the taco shell salad bowls. I don't like the salad bowls they have now so I don't go to Taco Bell as much anymore.☹️
I have lived in Athens my whole life and I have never seen this Taco Bell’s service and Food quality as bad as it is right now. About a month ago I ordered $40 worth of food through the app when I pulled up to the speaker and told her my name she said they didn’t have an order for that name they had a DoorDash but not an app order and I even showed them on my app it was their location and I had just placed it 20 minutes ago and i haven’t come through and picked it up. So my guess is that the door dasher got my food and they probably ended up throwing that one away. They said there was nothing they could do. I didn’t get the food or my money back. Yet I still continue to go here I have went here 2 times in the last 3 days and both times I have asked for extra meat on my tacos and there is barley meat or cheese on them. I eat Taco Bell a lot as it’s my absolute favorite place to eat. But this Taco Bell sucks!!

Ordered 3 beef and cheese burritos and they put rice in it when I asked for no rice this place sucks and there tacos are all Brock up and have to eat with a fork today I went up to Taco Bell and it took 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru
