Loved it here, you have everything you need right on the property. The wine tasting is mind blowing, you won’t know what I mean until you try it. Cuisine simply the best, there is something for all ages!

I had an awesome time for my birthday mixing and mingling with different friends who are also staying here. Today we hung out at the cabana and it was chill relaxing, had yummy slush rose, yummy slush Pina colada ?. Had wonderful salsa, fresh guacamole. Wonderful staff, plenty of proof for the gram! Thank you Maria and Natalia for your awesome service!!

Wonderful spa, great staff, had the place to ourselves with spa access all day! Had a blast Bowling at Crush with favorite cocktails and snacks (nachos, wings, etc) beautiful grounds and wonderful vineyard walking path. We’ll be back!

Rosy was fantastic! Made such a great latte and treated us like we were special guests. The big smile and eagerness she has to just give you the best service possible really just sealed the deal! Will go again!

Rosalinda, as always is very friendly and welcoming. She always provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make the guest feel like she cares, and she always does it with a big smile.

We got here late, just as the market was closing, and Jose and Iveth kindly made us a sandwich and allowed us to buy some other items even after they had already cleaned up and we’re closing the door. They were wonderful!

The space never disappoints. But what make my time at Meritage is the staff. From the moment I step on the grounds to the amazing massage I received from Jessenia-I feel relaxed and leave ready to take on the world! I look forward to my next visit!

This place is amazing and full of amazing people. We meet this beautiful person her name was Rosy , she served us with some amazing customer service, and made us feel right at home. She made us the best coffee that we have ever tasted, and her customer service once again was top of the line. I will definitely come back here and I will definitely tell people all about the wonderful customer service that these people here have..

We decided to take a trip to Napa for Spring Break. We stayed at the The Grand Reserve as we saw great reviews. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. Maria A. at the front desk was very welcoming and offered my wife and I a glass of champagne while she checked us in. It was a nice way to start our vacation. We we were also greeted by the Manager Wael. He was very nice and made us feel at home. They were both very kind and welcoming. The bell boys were very friendly as well as they brought our luggages up. Our room was nice and clean. It had such a nice scent as you walked in. My wife was happy to see a complimentary bottle of the Trinity’s Wine Bottle. Good quality of wine. The housekeeping staff came by every day to provide us with complimentary water, chocolates, and macaroons. We were able to enjoy a nice a walk down to their vineyard with the family. You really feel like you are on vacation at this resort. My wife booked me a deep tissue massage at the Spa Terra. I He came out of there with such a glow! I really enjoyed it! The staff was nice!! I was able to enjoy their amenities there as well. experience he had!! My wife even purchased a few items for herself. We went bowling at The Crush on one of the days there. The staff they’re nice and accommodating. We had a good time. Their Gym has a nice touch as well. It was kept clean and ready for use daily. They had water and cold scented towels. Definitely felt like a high end style gym! The Grand Reserve provided use with such a great experience for the family. We will definitely be coming back!! I came here about a year ago with my girlfriends for a weekend getaway. We had such an amazing time! I decided to bring my family this time around for Spring Break!! We had such an amazing experience with my girlfriends last time around that we decided to stay at the The Grand Reserve this time around as well. Once again, it did not disappoint!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely and professional staff. Maria A. at the front desk was so friendly and sweet!! She knew exactly how to get our day started with nothing but positive vibes. Let’s not forget to mention that she poured us a glass of champagne while she checked us in. Such a delicious treat to start our vacation after a long drive! We we were also greeted by the Manager Wael, who made us feel right at home as well. They were both so sweet and kind that my family was already excited for the week!! With their service and amazing hospitality alone, they deserve a 5-Star rating!! The bell boys were very nice as well as they brought our luggages up. Our room was so clean and had such a beautiful scent as you walk in. I was very excited to see the complimentary Trinitas wine. This wine is so delicious! I can’t believe they give such quality wine as a complimentary addition!! The housekeeping staff came by every single day to provide us with complimentary water, chocolates, and macaroons, which we were able to enjoy in our balcony while also enjoying such a gorgeous view!! We were able to take a stroll down to their vineyard, which is so amazing and breathtaking!! You really feel like you are on vacation!! They even provided us with umbrellas when it was drizzling!! During our stroll towards the vineyard, we stopped by to check out the Spa Terra. I decided to book my husband for a deep tissue massage! He came out of there with such a glow! He could not stop talking about the amazing experience he had!! The staff there is so friendly as well! I was able to purchase a few things for myself with their guidance!! We were able to also enjoy an evening at their bowling alley The Crush! The staff there is so friendly as well and made us feel so comfortable!! We had an amazing time!! They have a restaurant called Olive & Hay!! Their brunch is so delicious!! Their dinner options just as delicious with friendly staff!! Their Gym is always kept so clean and ready for use! They have cold water and cold towels with a scent of eucalyptus!! So soothing!! Definitely enjoyed working out there!! The Grand Reserve provided use with such a great experience!! First time I came with my girlfriends was amazing!! This time around I came with my family!! Just as amazing!! We will definitely be coming back!! Great job with hiring your staff Grand Reserve!! Starting from Maria A and Wael with their amazing hospitality throughout our stay, to the bell boys, to housekeeping and so on!! Keep up the amazing work!! See you guys soon!!

It was a lovely stay and I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of red wine in room from their winery, “Trinita’s Cellars”. Guest service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly during the holidays. My view of the ice rink from balcony amongst the vineyards in the distance was a sight to see. Thank you meritage!

The Resort is nice and Aaron at check in was very helpful. It was hard to book a reservation at the resort but he set up reservations for Olive and Hay, and helped us with our luggage’s too. I think it would be nice if the resort had room service after 9pm or at least longer if the restaurants are busy.

Visited here to celebrate 2022 and spend holiday with the family and it was an amazing experience. Thank you to Gina, Jack, and Aaron in the lobby for making our stay wonderful. It is highly recommended to stay a night in the Wine Country.
