So I went in to order a to go burger, and it was not the bare minimum, I did not cause them any problems, but I did not leave a tip ahead on their card reader because that is a scam, especially at a restaurant that does not have waiters, right? So, while I'm waiting for my order, the woman with the big nose calls me Mole Rat in the kitchen and walks out a few minutes later. I go to pick up my order from the front and I said that wasn't appropriate for your coworker to say, and she responded, "all I heard was 'Bye Karen'". So she thought it was funny to cop an attitude with me too. She insisted she would tell the manager (which is a total farce at this point if she's already disrespecting me), and I said that's not good enough and I'd never go there again and calmly walked out with my order. You guys have issues. I literally barely go anywhere for fast food, and since it is such a scam to be rude to encourage delivery orders instead, I won't be using that anymore either, it's just not worth it. I tried using delivery orders with other restaurants again recently, but it's just not worth it. You are not getting a $10 order for like $50 delivery when all I hear is Mole Rat down the driveway to other workers I've employed. Total scam. Please boycott restaurants, they only cater to "certain people" and act extremely rude to others to scam them out of a dine-in meal they are paying for at a fair price.

When I walked in the staff was very welcoming and the restaurant was very nice. I wasn't impressed with the Double Char Burger. It was big, but dry. I had everything on it too. This was my first visit to Habit Burger and most likely my last. If I was to go again the Portabelo sandwich looked inviting. The fries were great, but the burger wasn't impressive at all, sorry.

This is not the first time I ordered it usually I place my order on the app but this time I had cash so I went inside the Soscol Habit store, I will not going back again I'm not sure if the cashier didn't understand me or listen to me because I didn't get what I order, how hard was to get me a Grill Chicken sandwich on sourdough, BBQ sauce, Grill Onions and add avocado I even ordered it one more time and it was so different from the first order but they didn't even look like my sandwich I always ordered so frustrated

I've always loved The Habit since it first opened in the Peninsula (San Mateo).. I always ordered Burger or salad and fries without salt and with their famous ranch there... It's been a year or so since my last order from this joint and we kinda wanna try it when we went to Napa... Service was not as excellent as the Bay area, we requested something but it was ridiculously taken... I am very particular with my salt intake when it comes to fries... I got 2 fries with special request of "no SALT"... But seems like the crew just wanna finish their job and leave and did not pay attention to requests.. The fries came with LOTS Of salt like there aint no tomorrow.. Sad that staff of food joint may not be aware of people's health condition, thus, they do not care

Update : 2 yrs later. Seems like quality and service have gone down. They don't like when I ask for 'well done" charburgers, but I keep getting them pink in the middle and that grosses me out. Sorry, but when the customer orders a certain way, it should be cooked that way. Fries are always cold and don't feel like they're cooked enough, or they are too crispy and burned.Also, I find it really stupid that they charge for sides of ranch, and then give you half an ounce for an order of onion rings and fries. At least fill up the 1 oz container please. Or throw in extra if you only wanna fill them halfway. Jeeze. You're nickel and diming customers to death.

Good fast food. I enjoyed the deep-fried greenbeans. I requested iceberg lettuce because I love the crunch. They serve green leaf lettuce, which is a more tender lettuce than iceberg without the crisp bite. Shredded lettuce falls out of the burger and is not the same experience. But, it was a good cheeseburger ?

My cheat here is getting a kids meal with green beans. Way cheaper, and I just ask for toppings when I pick up. Very delicious. Also less calories, and I'm still very full after.
