The service is out of this world I didn't realize the salad had completely changed. they let me exchange it for something else with no attitude or problem so thankful to them I was starving burger was delicious.
Update : 2 yrs later. Seems like quality and service have gone down. They don't like when I ask for 'well done" charburgers, but I keep getting them pink in the middle and that grosses me out. Sorry, but when the customer orders a certain way, it should be cooked that way. Fries are always cold and don't feel like they're cooked enough, or they are too crispy and burned.Also, I find it really stupid that they charge for sides of ranch, and then give you half an ounce for an order...read full review

When I walked in the staff was very welcoming and the restaurant was very nice. I wasn't impressed with the Double Char Burger. It was big, but dry. I had everything on it too. This was my first visit to Habit Burger and most likely my last. If I was to go again the Portabelo sandwich looked inviting. The fries were great, but the burger wasn't impressive at all, sorry.
