It's nice to eat at an original restaurant. Trancas Steak House has been around for years. Has always been a favorite for the locals. We celebrated a birthday of 99. Had the best dinner. The waitress couldn't have been any nicer and actually waited on us. The atmosphere had been the same for years and is still very welcoming. Would highly recommend it forout-of-towners.
When we go it's like the good old times. Seeing people you know. They always have the freshest food. And their blue cheese dressing is the best in Napa. The staff always greet you with a smile. Best of all they leave you alone while you are eating not to bother you until you are done. Only to check on you and see if you need anything. We go at least 2 times a month after the movies and sometimes just for lunch. Best French Dip in Napa! Thanks for being there. Mescha and Larry...
