Waited over 25 min in the drive thru. Literally wanted to get a snack before driving home to Point Loma. Couldn’t leave because we got trapped. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don’t go here it was a nightmare. My poor baby was crying in the car and we were stuck!

I was waiting at the counter and the lady saw me and walked away. After a minute I realized I had to order on a tiny screen. When I completed the order it asked if i wanted a receipt and I put know. I waited for the order for about 20 minutes and my name was not called. I was the only one in the restaurant.I finally went to the counter and she looked for my order. She apologized and it was done .

Good food & service, but the drive-thru needs serious attention
I’ve always had great service and consistently good food at this Burger King in National City. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and the orders come out right.
However, the drive-thru experience is one of the worst parts of this location. The windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, which gives a bad first impression. The entire drive-thru area feels neglected, and it makes you wonder why Burger King isn’t investing in this spot especially when they have a huge back lot that could easily be used to improve traffic flow and overall appearance.
Right now, the place looks almost deserted from the outside, even though the inside team delivers good service. With a little investment and upkeep, this location could be so much better.

This is the 2nd time i come to this Burger King and not open at 6AM. Website states Saturday 6AM and the sticker on door states 6 AM on Saturday. Lady just said they are gonna open until 730 cause cook just got there.
