I come here pretty often and love the flavors, but as a salmon lover I am begging you guys to cut all the fat off the salmon poke. I will get a plate with just the salmon shoyu and spicy salmon, and most pieces have a half an inch thick of rubbery, gross, unchewable fat. The best plate I had here was ironically when the owner was present. Please cut your salmon
Our all time favorite food with my husband! He likes the wasabi poke and I like the spicy mayo poke!!! worth it!!!
