WOW THE REVIEWS GOT MY ATTENTION !!! NOT EVERYONE CAN BE WRONG !!! I SAW THE SANDWICH ALMOST NO MEAT !!! Absolutely. Used to love this place. In fact, we were talking about eating last night and we wanted something other than turkey.I was like.I want a buffalo chicken sandwich at charlie's so we were going out to do our laundry of a laundromat, so why not go by? Original cheese steak. Now I love the buffalo chicken, but I, i've had it a couple times worthy, overdo it on the buffalo sauce, I told them lighter sauce, don't drowned it. Well we waited. There were a couple orders ahead of us, and my husband got app there and they had given our order A. Way to somebody else. So we had to wait again by that time when we left. There was no buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich on top of the fact I had asked for extra ranch. We had an order of fries as well.But didn't get that either. I was extremely disappointed, not the fact that or just the fact that there wasn't a buffalo sauce, but having to wait again to have it made again. Uggggg so I think this is the last time. I will be visiting your establishment. It's too bad.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Usually great to order from but tonight they didn't read the order notes and sent out something I could not eat.
Changed to three stars my partners order barely had cheese...in a cheesesteak. Who's in the kitchen on Sundays? These are your money making days!

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats that was quoted at 23 minutes, only for the time to suddenly jump to 47 minutes after the restaurant accepted it. At that point, I canceled because the order terms had changed — but I was still charged.

This is a classic bait-and-switch setup: the restaurant accepts quickly to lock in the order, then preparation times and delivery windows balloon with no accountability. Customers are left paying cancellation fees for delays that aren’t their fault.

Whether it’s mismanagement or partnership with a predatory platform, Charley’s Cheesesteaks & Wings failed to respect my time, my money, and basic fairness. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest others think twice before trusting them with delivery.

They used to have delicious loaded sandwiches, but now the sandwiches are very thin and skimpy. I'm not sure what changed. maybe new staff

It’s supposed to open at 10am but we couldn’t order till 10:20 !? What’s the whole point of opening at 10?

I got there right when it opened and I ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak and another version of it with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious! Repeat customer here.
