Had a bacon 3 cheese. Tasty but dry. Felt like I needed to glop a little mayo on it.One glaring thing when I was there, they call themselves Charlie's Philly Steak on the overhead sign, the register screen and many other places... yet the google as Charlie's Cheesesteak. WeirdBut I'd probably buy it again. Four starz!

This Review is for Plaza Bonita Charley's only....There aren't many cheesesteak places in the area so Charley's is probably the best by default. The Cheesesteak are very good. Better than Jersey Mikes.The only thing stopping this from being a Great Cheesesteak is the Bread. If you don't eat the cheesesteak immediately and let it sit for a for a few minutes the bread tends to get very soggy which can ruin the cheesesteak experience.I highly recommend eating...
