Went last night 10/22/25 the service was just plain bad. I have always gone to this Dunkin and raved about it but it seems customer service has gone downhill. The girl with bangs was just rude and on her phone the entire time. The other girl tried her best to be attentive but never coming back here again

I really like this Dunkin', great place for something sweet, I really appreciated Larissa and Jarise, who helped me a lot since I didn't know what to order, they recommended some good choices that me and my husband really enjoyed! I really wish I could have told them in person but they were quite busy, but overall excelent customer service and very nice workers!

I don't know Ron Doe but I was behind him and he behaved rude to the employees when they were attentive, just angry because he didn't know what he wanted.
The truth is the service provided specifically by Larisa, Jaris and Pilar is exceptional. Always with a smile and they recommend many good drinks.
From now on they have a loyal customer.

The young ladies appear to not want to be there and will let you know by their lack of customer service. Very unfortunate as their menu of drinks and snacks are quite good, but their customer service is 1/10

It had already taken me a while to review this place but it was necessary.
I have been there several times and this Saturday I went for the same thing I always ask for and I always get the same two ladies working: Jarise and Lariza. Excellent service from both of them and always with a smile, they even make conversation with you, I even feel part of the work group and the coffee is not to be mentioned... they take great care to make it look as good as the image and it tastes delicious!!

The food quality and the coffee was good, but the customer service was provided by a asian girl with a very bad attitude, I’m a regular costumer and I haven’t had any issues besides every time that she helps me, it’s not anything against her but someone needs to talk to her.

I actually really like the drinks, but the customer service at this specific location could improve. The customer service was better when they first initially opened but as time went by, it started to slack. For example, the young ladies seem to be more focused on chatting amongst themselves, rather than being attentive towards the customer. You feel some sort of animosity, because it feels like you are interrupting their conversation.

Nice to have a donut shop in the mall! I guess the big excitement for me was finding the elusive French Cruller! Donut shops don't seem to make that puffy little treat anymore due to the cost of eggs, I suppose. The quality was so-so, but better than no donuts, am I right?
