Dunkin' Donuts in National City

“I really like this Dunkin', great place for something sweet, I really appreciated Larissa and Jarise, who helped me a lot since I didn't know what to order, they recommended some good choices that me and my husband really enjoyed! I really wish I could have told them in person but they were quite busy, but overall excelent customer service and very nice workers!“

“I don't really put bad reviews but my experience today was horrible. I decided to order inside because drive thru was long. As I walked in I was greeted while they busy at the drive thru. But I was standing there for awhile and non of the employee come up to me to take my order so I went ahead and order through apps. Waited for a long time too. Until I decided to asked if my order is ready. If I have not asked they wouldn't have made my order. I get it they get have a lot people in the drive thru but what you need to balance it with the people inside the store.“
