Dutch Bros Coffee in National City, CA, is the only location within a 5-mile radius, making it a popular spot for coffee lovers. The drive-thru often has long lines, sometimes requiring customers to circle the block. Despite this, many appreciate the extensive menu, which offers a wide range of customizable drinks, including options for sugar-free syrups and protein milk. The absence of indoor seating can be a drawback, but the friendly and engaging staff help create a positive experience.
The general manager is particularly praised for her leadership and kindness, with many customers noting the staff's welcoming energy. Although the location is small and parking can be challenging, the quality of the drinks, including energy drinks and refreshers, is highly rated. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the presence of security guards, citing a few instances of rudeness that made them uncomfortable. Overall, the service is fast and attentive, with many customers eager to return despite minor inconveniences. Dutch Bros Coffee continues to attract both locals and visitors with its vibrant atmosphere and delicious beverages.
