GK Grill Mongolian Taste

I paid for double noodles and got a portion not even close to the usual regular size without the extra noodles. Guy at the register is so rude. The guy adding the veggies was trained by him. Now there’s a limit to how many toppings you can add. This used to be one of my favorite places to come. Now I have to suggest you AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE CHEF WAS THE ONLY POLITE ONE.

Food is honestly amazing BUT… the service? HORRIBLE! The guy that always at the register (and I know he’s been here for years) has no customer service skills whatsoever… and it seems he now hired someone (who serves the vegetables) who mirrors his attitude! Extremely rude.. who don’t know how to use actual words, but rather signal with their hands expecting customers to understand. I do want to say that the older gentleman who is cooking the food is very kind and respectful. Other than him and the delicious food? I’d give this place a ZERO in customer service!

Horrible service, was ordering food and the guy said “Are you scared to talk or what? I can’t hear you”. When I was speaking in a mannered tone, horrible and very disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone only if you would like to be talked to disrespectfully. Very unprofessional, and uncalled for.

Whenever I come to Plaza Bonita, I know that I have to take a couple of those delicious plates home. But please tell me why they have to close 10-5 min early. And whenever you ask if they could please get you a plate they always say NO, with a certain look on their face. All the other places have a 5 min grace period, but this one won't. There are other times in which they will just ignore you and won't look your way once.

Delicious food. The guys super friendly. But the girl who worked on 9-9-25 at 6:30pm. Was super rude and looks like she hates her job. But they guys there super friendly and helpful and trying to make up her rudeness.

Ordered a plate that came with nothing but a pile of noodles. I remember when you could get enough of everything. Their service has crumbled down it’s not worth it. Better off going to fashion mall.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Mongolian barbecue place. The portions are small. The staff watches you. They’re very rude and they make faces when you Build a big bowl you’re better off going to the Mongolian barbecue place at the fashion Valley mall better selection and the meat taste a lot better. Also, the staff is friendly unlike this place.

The first time I went here, I was disappointed in the taste. I think I was spoiled with the flavors of the other genghis khan location back in Torrance's Del Amo mall. That location they smother the whole meal in sauces that it pools underneath the noodles. With this location, there is barely any broth left over. It's as if they are hogging all the flavor. The entire meal leaves something to be desired. I am left feeling like I could have eaten more despite the portion size being big enough for two people to share. It also sucks that you do not get to self serve your own meats and vegetables so you are forced to watch the employee prepare your bowl. I came back a second time hoping it would be better, and it slightly was, but not enough for me to come back a third time.
