I ate there (dinners) twice during my 3 night stay at the Best Western Hotel across the parking lot. I ate there for convenience so I wouldn’t have to go out again. The music was way too loud and there were very few diners both times. (That SHOULD have been a clue.) First night I ordered rolled beef tacos-served with lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. They were crunchy and hot, served with a very mild salsa. I’m sure they were pre made and frozen. Waitstaff was attentive for a to-go order. Second visit I ordered a French Dip sandwich to eat in the restaurant. WORST I’ve ever had. Couldn’t eat more than 4 bites. The meat tasted like it had been frozen for a long time and had lost flavor. Then the meat was heated in a microwave because it was grey. The “Au jus” had NO flavor-just light brown colored water. It wasn’t salty and was transparent. I had to get up and get more salad dressing and even tried it in the sandwich to alter the flavor. No waitstaff was in the dining area to assist me. When the waitress came back to present the check, I told her that it was horrible. The manager (?) came over and gave me 50% off ($7.50 instead of $13.00) but couldn’t understand why I didn’t like it. I asked him to order one and eat it. I won’t be going back. Blaring music, over priced, poor quality food and unavailable wait staff. P.S. The waitress said she normally would have to pay for the other half of the discount (that the customer got). That makes NO sense. The owner or cook should have to pay for it, she only serves it. Either it’s bad food from the start (owner’s fault) or cooked poorly (chef’s fault). She just brings it to the table. NOT the waitresses fault!!!!!

Fun.. But waitstaff seems disorganized... Took forever for orders to be taken... One friend waited forever to get the drink they ordered with their dinner.. But over all food was good... Band was good... Just wished they stayed open later..

They have an outdoor open air patio for live music & dancing. It's very cold & windy with it's close proximity to the bay. Was there to celebrate a birthday & got there 2 hours early to hold a few tables for large party that eats & drinks a good $ tab. This was frowned upon & was told couldn't do that. Also told only 3 chairs to a square table ? Their policy to reserve tables is $10 per person which doesn't include food or beverages. They don't serve free water, it's $3.00 a bottle. It's $10 if you bring your own cake. There are not enough servers on the weekends on the patio for amount of people. Music is super loud but bands are mostly good. Happy hour food & drinks till 7pm reasonable. Band starts @ 730pm till 10 or 11pm. Overall - crowded, loud, unfriendly, understaffed, wants you to spend $, but good entertainment & parking.

Came for lunch with co-workers. Burger was pre cooked. Luckily I didn't order that item. My club sandwich absolutely sucked. Food seems definitely not fresh. Kitchen is Dirty and food storage in adequate. Hope I don't get sick.! Bathroom smells like piss. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day. Try at your own risk.

Was down here for work at the Port. Was my Second time stopping here. First time was great. It was during the World Series. Great atmosphere plenty of TV for all the Action. And you could actually hear the Game. Second time 2 Consecutive nights in a row same thing... well food was great let me say that. But atmosphere. Games were on but couldn't hear a thing. Music was playing (,Spanish) that is All.. Not even a little bit of Diversity... Both nites!! I'm not in a Mexican Restaurant. "Bar and Grill" Think this was a Employee Request Nite!!! Other than that this is a great place. Will continue coming. But hopefully there is a lil better music played. A little bit of everything..
