Happy Lemon Westfield Plaza Bonita

Strawberry matcha with boba tasted like dirt in a cup. Truly disgusting. I threw it away. Bad customer service and looks dirty. We also ordered a strawberry shortcake which was 5/5 but it’s just ice cream so they really can’t mess it up. As a matcha lover, very disappointed and just annoyed that I wasted money.

I been here 3 different times and always waiting for someone to take my order but seems like they don't want to work. First time the guy just ignored me while making online orders. Second time girl was hiding in the back. Third time no one even came to the front. I even walked by after getting food and a lady customer was being ignored while the employee was cleaning the walls. Not sure how long this buisness is going to last. Pretty sad since their product is pretty good. Maybe to the owner have a bell or something for the employees to know there are customers.

You get what you order, essentially. Random cute kids on the cup design, idk why they look so flamboyant.

Honestly disorganized place and very rude customer service, honestly your getting paid to do your job at least show your positive attitude towards people who are buying boba .

Guy was rude. Google maps says they close at 9, at 8 he didn’t wanted to sell nothing else.

they gave me a full cup of ice and just a small portion of tea. before i had ordered a lemonade with ice on the side in a separate cup and they had the audacity to tell me they weren’t going to fill up my cup of lemonade all the way and just below half of the cup. the girl had attitude and service was awful. waste of my time and money.

This place for a so called Boba tea is total disappointment, a robery if I may call it. More than 1/3 of my drink are ice!

The service is very, very slow. The guys who serve must expedite their orders. They don't care if you wait in line for more than 15 minutes just to order. The drinks are very good.

First off the customer service is horrible!! Those little girls with all that caked up make up need to eat their make up cause their attitudes stink like dookey. Especially the one with the piercings like if you don’t wanna work don’t work boo. It’s no one’s fault you work at a boba shop making 2 dollars an hr . 2ndly 1 time out of the 4 times I’ve been to this location was my taro milkshake bomb. Last 3 times it’s like I should have just ordered a taro milk tea cause not only is it watery as shi the salted cream is never properly made also watery. I’ll stick to the del mar and eastlake location cause this one sux blue monkey balls.oh and lastly always have to wait 15 plus mins to order and to receive my order even if the have only 1 or 2 other customers

I have been to this Happy Lemon branch twice and both times they couldn't sell me a waffle because there were 30 minutes left to close, the first time there were 30 minutes left but today when I went again the branch closed at 9 pm and I arrived At 7:54 pm I commented but they only said that I was sorry, the service was terrible at this happy lemon in Plaza Bonita.

We had to wait in line along with about literally 20 other people for a while while the employees were taking and expediting online orders. They shoul prioritize the people that actually took the time to go to their location. They did not even announced they weeebout of boba till we got to them.terrible customer service.

Amazing experience when I had went to this happy lemon location! The workers were amazing, especially this worker with a middle part and piercing on his eyebrow. He was so attentive and never failed to make me feel like a happy lemon, Haha LOL. Would 100% recommend going here!

I love to go to Happy lemon on my break, and today I get disappointed, my waffle was burned and I asked for not much ice and they put extra ice and so much piece of lemons, they barely give you tea, the lemon and the ice was taking the whole space.

Purple/pinkish haired girl is rude and so is the man with clear
