Charges service charge of 20% for 6 or more customers. Unreliable waitress (can't write right what I ordered). Beware of limited, assigned parking spaces. Some are assigned for next door establishments.

Kitchen is closed at 2150. Restaurant closes at 2300.
TURON taste like a sweetened LUMPIA! I cannot even swallow and I am not a picky eater. Please don't use oil for both turon and lumpia. I'm not a good cook but boy I can tell the difference. $70 worth of food 75% going to the garbage. Yay!

San Francisco's great foods parade I mean all around fun place to be enjoy yourself be yourself.
Food is okay. Service is okay since they only have one server. I read its a kareoke restaurant but thought we try to eat there since its the only decent rating restaurant thats open late. Just be aware that they turn the speakers very very loud that makes it too difficult to have any conversation even with the person sitting next you. But again if you like loud kareoke then this is for you. I know we wont be back.
Food is good especially the bicol express. It was still cruchy.
