First time ordering from this location and 2nd time ever ordering from Little Caesar’s in general. I ordered online and went to pick up. My dumbass stood in line for a good 10 minutes waiting my turn to ask for my pickup order until I saw a couple walk past me towards some fancy ovens and put in a code to get their order. My mind was blown 🤯!

I have been eating here at this location for years & despite some of the negative reviews, I have yet to encounter any major problems. A few times when I ordered the crazy bread, the bread sticks were undercooked but that doesn’t happen all the time. Customer service is ok but I think it is better to use the app or phone in your order a head of time in order to reduce time waiting outside or in the store.
