I believe this place has a lot to offer, but it would be great to reduce the music volume during the morning. This change would benefit those who are joining meetings or prefer to hang out, have a coffee, and work on their computers. I suggest playing more coffee shop-style music in the morning and then transitioning to more upbeat music, like the kind you currently have, during lunchtime. Lowering the volume in the morning would be very helpful in attracting people who work on...
This is a site with multiple food vendors
they are here and gone in a couple of months.
However there is one place who has been able to stay afloat since this place was inaugurated. Go to DonBuri excellent food.

Very enjoyable place for a local. Offers great coffee, beer, diverse selection of food and a great atmosphere. Hope to see more locals come and give more foot traffic to all the businesses there!
