Food is affordable and tasty
i tried ping yang on my lunch break today. it’s in a cute and chill market space, seems great for an office lunch out or families. the thai family who run it are really sweet and they were happy to help me pick something to try. ive had a lot of great thai food before, and this place is amazing! i ordered their honey pork rice and LOVE it- it reminds me of other thai bbq pork dishes ive had but the flavor here is beautifully complex with a really perfect hint of black pepper....read full review

Ping Yang offers delicious Thai food in a food hall setting. Customers have praised dishes like pad Thai, pad se ew, and yellow curry chicken for their yummy and flavorful qualities. The tamarind crispy chicken and Tom yum fries are popular for their crispy textures and bold flavors. The panang curry with firm tofu is also a favorite, known for its thick sauce. The portion sizes are generous and well-priced, contributing to a positive dining experience. The friendly service enhances the atmosphere, with staff ready to explain ingredients and provide extra spice and chilies for those wanting more heat. The open venue features long tables, couches, and large roll-up windows, creating a comfortable indoor/outdoor environment. Guests have noted the fresh food, served hot off the grill, with variations like Tom Kha soup offering interesting flavors. While there was a mix-up with the sticky rice, visitors are eager to return. Overall, the quality of the food, including the delicious Thai tea and generous protein in dishes like See ew with chicken and shrimp, makes Ping Yang a favorite for authentic Thai flavors.
