I do not reccomend this location. Customer service is the worst. They do not take your order at the counter you have to use the kiosk which not a single customer is notified of when entering. I waited 10+ minutes only to be informed that I had to use the kiosk. Read reviews on this place on google and it is definitely not the place to eat. Go to another mcdonals. Seems like their good service has gone downhill to nonexistent. McDonalds is no longer child-friendly anymore. Also, did you know that they no longer refill your drink? I didn’t either. At least the Plaza Blvd, National City, CA location does not. It’s not posted on their app, in the store and it wasn’t made public. If you want a refill, then get you better get your food at Jack In The Box.
DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE: this location will "forget" numerous items you are delivering to your customers. They purposely will seal the food bag with PLENTY missing items. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
