The person that appeared to be a manager wearing a grey polo shirt abt 5ft Hispanic was super rude and unprofessional.

I come here very often, always had decent customer service until this morning around 11am. I asked for a side of spicy mayo which they have always put inside a tub like if it was mash potatoes. And they gave me a lil sample size of it today and said “you can only have 1”. African American employee named “Layla” who wasn’t attending me had the audacity of to have an attitude and say “that’s obscured! Pretty loud for her to be across, they can ask for 1-2 maybe 3” 1st of all she didn’t even pronounce the word “absurd” correctly lol. 2nd of all she act like it’s coming out of her paycheck. 3rd of all she says “I don’t know you to have an attitude” more of a reason to watch what you say to your customers. Definitely needs to be checked and make sure she’s in good mindset to work at a fast food chain. The Latino worker/and manager had good customer service even thoe “Layla” was acting unprofessional S/O to them didnt get their names. Proper customer service/etiquette training would be recommended. I’m quite disappointed as my family and I eat here often.

Visiting from out of town, and let me tell you that this is the best Popeyes I've ever tasted in my life & I've eaten alot of Popeyes lol lol, anyways back to the important thing the chicken pure fire its crisp, fresh, juicy ,tender and flavorful, the biscuits fluffy and soft, mac and cheese fire even the red beans and rice. Gonna miss the fire food from here until next time national city

Usually have decent service at Popeye’s overall, but this location was off on my last visit. Ordered online and they forgot all of the sauces, didn’t have any honey for biscuits, and provided under par tenders. Was disappointed this visit.

What even is this?

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was shocked at what I received. The piece of chicken was so small it barely covered a fraction of the bun. It honestly felt like they had split the amount of chicken for one sandwich across two.

What little chicken there was turned out to be tough and dry, like it had been cooked from cold or left sitting too long. There was no juiciness, no tenderness, just a rubbery texture that made it unpleasant to eat.

To make matters worse, the customer service at the window was just as poor. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply picking up an order. No friendliness, no effort.

The only thing in generous supply was the sauce and pickles, which did nothing to make up for the lack of a proper piece of chicken.

For the price, this was unacceptable. Deeply disappointing

Popeyes' back east thier food is delicious. It's always nice and hot and fresh. Here in Arizona and New Mexico, I'm not a fan.

Try it and you will be hooked.. This is the best fried chicken ever.. it’s a little bit slow, but then again I’m willing to wait for hot and fresh food.

I went there at night before closing and the staff and manager were on point making sure my order was exactly how I ordered it. Food and service was great and very clean also.
