Was craving Popeyes on this rainy 🌧️ Friday afternoon & decided to order through Uber.
It did Not disappoint! So yummy 😋and fresh

First time visiting Popeyes. I came with very high expectations because of everything I had heard about its flavor. But it didn't meet the expectation.

Apathetic staff who will give you cold food. Popeyes is very expensive for fast food ($15 for five chicken tenders with fries) and I almost always have to ask them to replace what they've provided with hot chicken.

Only location i will visit is the lemon Grove one. The service is by far the best and the employees genuinely care!! The one on Euclid, do NOT go there. The employees cannot and will not help you. They make you take the chicken they want to discard first.

workers are nice. I just didn’t like the fact that I ordered on the app 30 minutes prior so I can pick up for my lunch during work and my order wasn’t ready. They didn’t even start preparing it til I got there. Had to wait 15 min+.

Never seen one with a drive thru. Love it

It was unfortunate when I used the Kiosk in ordering a wrong item. I asked respectfully to void the order and they said no one knows how to void the Kiosk. There are three employees during that time and non of them knows how to do it. One of them name “Shiela” . At first I wanted to use the cashier to order and she said “use the kiosk”. Popeyes is a big company they should put someone every shift who knows how to operate if needs to correct some discrepancies. I have to order additional item and pay more. “Popeyes Plaza Bonita”.
