Usually have decent service at Popeye’s overall, but this location was off on my last visit. Ordered online and they forgot all of the sauces, didn’t have any honey for biscuits, and provided under par tenders. Was disappointed this visit.

What even is this?

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was shocked at what I received. The piece of chicken was so small it barely covered a fraction of the bun. It honestly felt like they had split the amount of chicken for one sandwich across two.

What little chicken there was turned out to be tough and dry, like it had been cooked from cold or left sitting too long. There was no juiciness, no tenderness, just a rubbery texture that made it unpleasant to eat.

To make matters worse, the customer service at the window was just as poor. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply picking up an order. No friendliness, no effort.

The only thing in generous supply was the sauce and pickles, which did nothing to make up for the lack of a proper piece of chicken.

For the price, this was unacceptable. Deeply disappointing

Popeyes' back east thier food is delicious. It's always nice and hot and fresh. Here in Arizona and New Mexico, I'm not a fan.

Try it and you will be hooked.. This is the best fried chicken ever.. it’s a little bit slow, but then again I’m willing to wait for hot and fresh food.

I went there at night before closing and the staff and manager were on point making sure my order was exactly how I ordered it. Food and service was great and very clean also.

Why is their frozen lemonade machine ever working? I guess hiding a technician is too much. The food and biscuits were good. However, the employee working the drive-through was only able to help one Custer at a time, from start to finish, before he helped with the next order!

Super clean. The website messed up my order and they STILL made it right and then some. Will order again and again bc of this. Great customer service and who doesn't like Popeyes?
