Disappointed. Ordered a chicken tender combo. They had no fountain drinks. They said they would make it up by giving me extra frys. They never gave me extra frys, and I had to get a fountian drink from another restaurant. Also had to wait 40 minutes for my order.

I like the cheesy fries but this spot stop taking orders 15-20 minutes before the close time. How does that makes sense? Change your time online and answer the phone when customers call then. Poor and slow service.

I like Potato Corner. But the Potato Corner in San Diego just take forever to serve the fries compared to other locations. They also take longer than their estimated time. They also don't have the buzzer to know when your order is ready so you would have to stand at the booth the whole time which also make the place more crowded. Hope they can make improvements.

Cheddar fries are my absolute fav, but passed by today and noticed they changed the seasoning. It’s a lot different and doesn’t taste good, couldn’t finish my fries 😢

Poor service with the guy with mustache.chit chat with his friend while at work and made my order wrong and when i said he did the wrong flavor and answered me in sarcastic way.
Been a fan for years of this brand. But lately, it’s a different taste forbcheddar and BBQ. A bitter after taste, less cheesy. Potato itself was also in a different texture, kinda harder and need to make some effort eating it. Well, either they changed the supplier or they changed the ingredients/seasoning mix.

Is it just me or did the barbecue flavor changed? I absolutely love their fries and been a barbecue fan for years. During a month ago or two, they ran out of the barbecue flavor. Then it came back but now it's taste more like barbece sauce, and doesn't taste like their signature barbecue 😔.

We missed Potato Corner so much in National City, so we decided to make the drive for some fun and enjoy their sour cream and BBQ potato fries. But wow, the wait was so long, it took almost an hour! I know it’s worth it, but waiting that long for a Giga Bite of fries is tough. The servers didn’t seem as energetic; they looked tired, which is understandable since they were busy, but it did take away a bit from the experience.
