We aren't talking gourmet here, but a really good sports bar with tons of TVs, simple menu, but good food! Great vibe.

This spot is a hidden jewel in National City. The food is excellent with great prices but what I didn't realize was a $30 + tip was already included in our bill. Before I realized it, we tipped the waitress a $20 bill which she happily took and NEVER said the tip was included so she helped herself to a $50 tip. So just look at your receipt before you pay!!!!

Cool little spot for Monday Night Football. Double bacon cheese burger was delicious. Wings were good. Very good customer service. Parking wasn't a hassle. Lots of people were here when I dined in. Thanks again!

Sports bar offering burgers, wings, hot dogs, etc. The portions were large and the food was hot and tasty. I had the Slappy Burger and it was a big, messy burger that hit the spot! Service was friendly.

I had the Philly Chesse burger, it was very juicy. If you order it ask them not to over cook it. It was very good. The wife ordered the sampler, that alone is full meal ?. the smoke old Fashion... good.

Always visit when in town. The Slappy burger is my favorite. Diana is a great host and bar tender. All friendly and always have sport games on the many TV sets they have.
Family friendly as well.

I had a hamburger that hits the spot. A well done angus thick and crispy patty nestled with shredded lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, special sauce(probably a mayo ketchup blend) with added bacon and steak sauce(upon request) all between brioche buns. Served with crisp season fries, and had a side of onion rings that satisfied those crunch needs.

Atmosphere was loud, with sound of NFL in the background, but that's typical for a sports bar. It was clean and staff was nice.

Recommend it for a great burger in National City.

Literally have been calling for the last hour to try to place an order to go pick up as I'm working and can't go wait for the order and the first time they didn't answer, 2nd time they answered and put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up and now everytime I try to call it's a busy signal like they turned their phones off. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: My coworker went in on his lunch to order our food and let the waitress BERNADETTE know that their phones aren't working and she nonchalantly said "well we're busy" wasn't apologetic at all. Why have a phone then? Super rude
