I haven't been here before, though I've seen it dozens of times. Today I was passing through thinking about lunch. So I decided to give it a shot. At first I was put off by the price. But then I realized I was looking at the specialty section. Standard C-burg is 16.00 and change. And it comes with a generous portion of fries. Overall a good deal on par with Denny's. Now the service. Attentive, but not hovering. An A+ for me. And now food quality... Juicy burger,...
I go once a week for lunch it's quiet and peaceful. Burger and wings is always on point. The woman bartender makes you feel very welcomed and she's very attentive. Been coming here for at least 2 years.
This spot is a hidden jewel in National City. The food is excellent with great prices but what I didn't realize was a $30 + tip was already included in our bill. Before I realized it, we tipped the waitress a $20 bill which she happily took and NEVER said the tip was included so she helped herself to a $50 tip. So just look at your receipt before you pay!!!!
