The food here is not bad for national city. I am glad this place is open. Their calamari with waffle fries are delicious. The gumbo was good and their seasoning for the shrimp boil was tasty. I would give this place another try.
What a great surprise! A couple of guys from Denver, camping at the KOA suggested trying ACE Crab out - so glad we took their suggestion! what a slice of Louisiana heaven tucked into a corner of San Diego!! We got the SSK COMBO (1/2 LB OF SEAFOOD) Shrimp, Snow Crab Leg, King Crab Leg, Corn, Potatoes & Sausage w Old Buttery sauce in mild, to go & let them know we would be picnicking with it at J Street Marina. They packed a feast with plenty of napkins bibs/aprons/gloves...
