This is the best Filipino food I've ever had. Period.
I met the owner at a pop-up he had at an old folks home, and we talked a bit about where he is from (Hawaii) and I told him how I love home cooked Filipino food, but I have never liked restaurant Filipino food.
That day I got some sisig and musubi and right away I could tell that his food was better than normal. It was actually really good!
