HIGHLY RECOMMNDED place for authentic Lebanese food.
The passion about food in chef George Salameh has been the most attractive aspect for me!

“I got a meatball sandwich and a hot dog. I’m not sure which I liked more, but they were both excellent. The cold berry soup (Rødgrød) with cream was a delightful dessert and not something I’ve seen on a menu before. The freshly made juice was the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. I’m excited to go back and try more dishes. Above all, the service was exceptional. Tina gave great recommendations and was a delight to chat with.“

“The best authentic Vietnamese"banh mi" in Southern California. I live in LA, but every time I travel to San Diego, Paris Bakery is always my first place to visit. They have a variety type of Banh mi with reasonable price, their tastes are always delicious.“

“The Empanada Spot is one of those low-key places that quietly wins you over. The empanadas come out hot, flaky, and packed with flavor—no shortcuts, just solid comfort food done right. I liked how each filling felt distinct and well-seasoned. It’s casual, no fuss, and exactly the kind of spot you end up craving again a few days later.“

“FYI…description for Philly cheesesteak reflects turkey sandwich on website site so I mistakenly ordered Philly but wanted the turkey. I normally wouldn’t order the Philly but it was yummy. Definitely recommend and look forward to trying the turkey next time.“

“Slurp is one of the many food stalls inside Liberty Public Market, serving up a mix of Thai and Chinese inspired dishes. While I wouldn’t call it the best spot in the market, it’s definitely one of my personal favorites.
We ordered the BBQ Pork Wonton Bowl, Thai Crab Omelet, and Spicy Basil Fried Rice and every dish delivered. The seasoning and spices were dialed in perfectly, and everything came out hot, fresh, and made to order. The standout for me was easily the Thai Crab Omelet. It was straight up addictive, with a bold, fresh crab flavor that really shined.
Another thing worth mentioning, they don’t skimp on portions. You’re definitely leaving full and satisfied.
Pro tip: Roll in with a few friends and order a variety of dishes to share. That’s the best way to experience what they’ve got going on.“
