Huge whiskey selection!!!! Pretty much have anything a whiskey connoisseur could want. Customer service was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. And some of the best prices around! Highly recommend and definitely will be back!

Hands down the worst experience ever! Purchased a pack of cigarettes, they ended up being stale! The cashier called the owner Rani, and the owner stated since it’s opened, I can’t return it. ??‍♀️ Mind you I just purchased it less than 5 min before. I told them I don’t want a refund, I just want another pack. They refused and told me it’s not their fault. Said it’s Marlboro’s fault! I told them this is their product they’re selling! It’s the principle of it!! Replace it! I just spent $38 on cigarettes, i just wanted something for monies paid. And instead, they, as a business chose to be horrible and rude! Do not shop here!!! They’re very inconsiderate!Response to Wilson’s Liquor:Horrible and rude was the way your owner was yelling on the phone to relay the message about not being able to refund or exchange anything! Not to mention the disregard that I’m the customer who spent money at your store and this is what I received! A box of stale cigarettes and an ignorant owner who doesn’t care!Maybe check the expiration dates on your cigarettes! This is a product YOU sell! And an unhappy customer is something you had the chance of changing my perspective on the whole situation! Obviously customer service isn’t something your store is worried about! Something small like a $10 pack of cigarettes and you’re incapable of rectifying a situation! Hate to see when a bigger mishap happens. But please make sure you respond accordingly to my Better Business Bureau complaint! It’s the weekend, hopefully you receive it on Monday! Your small minded response made my day even better knowing the BBB will deal with you! Happy weekend!

Never shipped the order. Blamed it on FedEx but FedEx said order was never shipped. Customer service doesn’t reply to emails. Ordered it two weeks before Christmas!!! What a disappointment! Edit: What is more upsetting is that instead of apologizing for not sending the order or not replying to emails you bother to reply here accusing me of wanting “free bottle” or hurting a “struggling business”. Maybe you would not be struggling if you actually shipped the products out or provided better customer service. I haven’t requested free products, all I asked is to cancel the order and refund me money for a Christmas gift you never shipped out!

I was very disappointed with a recent attempt to buy some high-end tequila on-line. I placed an order for two bottles, which they immediately charged to my credit card. After two weeks with no communication and ignoring my emails, I called them. I was told that they only had one bottle, and could not get the second. This is a rare item, so I asked them to just send the one bottle and refund the cost of the second. Another week passed, and I got an email that the entire order has been refunded. Apparently, they lied about actually having one bottle. With modern software, there is no excuse for not knowing current inventory, or for ignoring customer communications. As of today, you can still go onto their website and order the tequila that they definitely do not have.

Came in just looking for Juul pods, which they do have, and left with a great beer as well just due to the enticing selection and friendliness of the gentleman running the counter. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. I have not been able to find a certain bottle in my area for some time. Found it online here and emailed them to make sure it was in stock. They responded right away and shipped really fast. My husband was so excited to open his bottle of Tycoon for his birthday. Thank you.

Online buyers, beware. First off, I do want to acknowledge that Rami is friendly and nice on the phone, but that's where the customer service ends. Unfortunately, they list on 1000corks.com, which solicits online buyers who believe what is posted. Wilson's does not deliver. A bought a bottle on their website. No confirmation email. No communication from the store. I had to call a few days later to see if they got the order. No delivery for days, and still nothing from the store. I called again and I asked him when the bottle would ship. Then Rami ghosted me. He wouldn't answer the phone, forcing me to text him. If he couldn't ship in a day, I wanted a refund. Fine. I'm not even sure he had the bottle in question. He needs to get his store off online clearinghouses asap.
