I know it’s been about 6 years since that last person reviewed, so things have changed. We asked the server if there was fish sauce in the chow fun and he said there’s no fish sauce in any of the vegetarian options. We got that and the mushrooms and bamboo shoots and added fried bean curd (tofu) and it was delicious! Definitely recommend stopping by for dinner if you’re in NC.

Fred's name is on the building and he earns it for a reason, my go-to spot for Chinese food.

Specials have nice variations if you can't decide on something to let them pick for you, but you can still get a ton of great food for the money & have leftovers the next day.
Service is kind and fast, sit down spots feel a little quaint but in the middle of Nevada city? Fit right in.

Lemon Chicken & Broccoli Beef are amazing...

We really enjoyed their food with generous portions and prompt service. The restaurant is fairly dark inside with old, dark wallpaper ?. Changing the ceiling light bulbs to bright or white would make a nice difference!
