I walked around Newark yesterday...After almost 7 years I went to buy bread but they no longer sold the same bread, the bolillo was different....The one they sell now in very bad shapeSame as the rest of the bakeries..They no longer have anything that makes any difference...It's just bread. but the one from before was richer

I've been here plenty of times for the delicious mexican pastries(pan dulce) but never tried the food from the restaurant before. Today I tried the birria de chivo with homemade tortillas. So delicious! I will definitely be back more often for the birria again and plan to also try other menu items. The service was excellent as well.

I love the burritos here! My go to is a half chicharron and half carnitas super burrito. The chicharron is chopped up into small, little pieces so that with every bite, you get to experience that salty, crunchy goodness. The family who runs this place are very sweet and friendly. I live in SF but every time I'm in the area I'll make it a point to come by.
