We got two large milk teas with boba (banana & almond, $6.25 each). They were good. But it was a painful experience. The worker told us it'd be a 10-15 min wait, but it was actually a 40 min wait. She seemed to be the only worker, though that doesn't explain why the wait estimate was so off. When my order was placed, the next order was #49, and mine was #53, so it was about 8 minutes per order.

I found out they have three locations in the East Bay area.I ordered their Nation Milk Tea with boba and less ice. Even though you can't adjust the sweetness, the drink still tasted amazing, just like I remembered from the event.

The strawberry yogurt was actually pretty good. The lemonade was refreshing and quench our thirst. I also ordered the taro milk tea half sweeten but it was still pretty sweet. Overall it was just average and a little more expensive than other spots. Not much selection at the mall so settle to grab a drink from here.

We've bought from this boba spot multiple times for delivery or pick up, but when we went in person the owner who was running the register was very condescending and rude because we asked for less sugar in our child's smoothie. It was very off-putting. For that, they've lost our business.

Worst ube milk tea. The ube tea lacked flavor and tasted like ube spread mixed with milk. It wasn't blended well too. We got the ube milk tea without boba and lychee iced tea. Would not recommend this place if you prefer to have control over sugar, we usually prefer 10-20% sugar in teas. The person making our tea said they do not have control over the sugar as it's a premix. Gave a start for the cleanliness. The place is very clean and well lit, which made me walk in.
