I honestly didn't expect to be so impressed by this place. Kinda feels weird to give a standing ovation to a fusion restaurant, but Vinum definitely deserves it! I'm typically not the biggest fan of fusion cuisine since it tends to lean heavily into the world of meme novelty creations.. but the dishes here are actually put together and cooked VERY well! The food tasted great! I particularly loved the rolls, the sashimi platter was a tad overpriced and took a while to come out, but overall very pleased with the experience! Can't wait to come back when the mall fully opens.

Vinum is one of the best places to hang out or go on a date any night. We went there on Friday and met Henry, our server. He was super nice and attentive.
