Chef Cho 六合夜市 offers authentic Taiwanese food, popular among both regular customers and foodies. The menu has a wide variety of dishes, all at reasonable prices. Some must-try items include the stinky tofu, which is stinky and juicy, and the rice cake cooked in a barrel, which is very flavorful. The crispy pork intestine and dried sergestid shrimp & egg fried rice are also highly recommended. However, some customers may not enjoy the oyster pancake as it has a strong fishy smell. The restaurant has a spacious interior.
Chef Cho offers banquet menus that are authentically delicious and reasonably priced. The food brought people back to Taiwan, childhood memories of home cooked meals made with love! Dishes like the sakura shrimp fried rice are delicious, and the stinky tofu has juicy and crispy skin. The oyster pancake is a must, as is the braised eggplant with basil, three cup mushroom, deep fried stinky tofu, big sausage wrapped around small sausage, popcorn chicken, and sesame chicken soup. This is a MUST VISIT! The fried Chicken bento was a nice combo with flavorful chicken. It feels like being in Taiwan!
