We always love chipotle but this one wasn’t a good experience. There was 3 people working, 1 in a back room, 1 doing dishes and cooking and 1 helping all customers. Because there was only 1 person helping customers, it took a pretty long time to order and get our food. You need more people working up front helping customers or you wont have customers anymore. The soda machine wasn’t working at all and the employee did not have time to fix it so it was a bummer.

The food is tasty, but the prices are higher than expected—about $20 for a bowl and a drink (don't trust the prices on the online menu). The decor is modern, but it's actually quite dirty; the tables and floors are sticky, and the restroom doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly. Overall, it feels a bit unsettling.

It seems as though recipes are not followed when spicing the food not only at this location, but also at other locations . It appears to be up to the cook on how much seasoning is used. I ordered chicken one time and it was too spicy and the next time it is just right. I have also noticed that the portion size is not standard. Today, the person who made my burrito was stingy on the chicken. I wish that a scale was used so you get the same amount each time. I wasn't about...
