Inconsistent dining experience. Breakfast lack variety and slow to top up food tray. Quality of food is so-so, slow service, two stars only.

Mothers day brunch. My family and i have been going here on Mothers day for the last 7 years. This will be our last time.Everytime has has been enjoyable till this one.First they cut the food choice by more then half. Then the only food that was hot was the omelet i had mad while i stood there.Service was slow.I contacted them and the response was i hope one bad experience doesn't stop you from joining us next year. When you spent $700.00 and get slop i don,t think another chace will be coming

Went there for a birthday party Friday my my sister ordered risotto cakes, chicken fettuccini, strawberry sundae. The waitress Tracy took down the names and orders but that was useless. My sister asked her where her risotto was because everyone received there ginger salad which was a block of lettuce basically a $1 salad, Tracy supposedly went to go check on it was gone for 30 minutes comes back with the main coarse I asked her what happened to the risotto she says someone else took the risotto, okay so can the kitchen make another one, she said the kitchen ran out, horrible. Then in the middle of dinner Tracy makes an announcement to the party did anyone take a risotto that wasn't there WTF really inappropriate. I go outside to calm my nerves with a cigarette the birthday girl was out there and told me Tracy complained to her that Kristy was upset about her risotto. Really I know she's a waitress but common sense you don't complain to the Birthday girl about something that was your mistake on there birthday at there birthday party. I had fun with my family and friends but service is HORRIFIC.

Here's an update for the folks at Ginger Bar and Grill. According to Restaurant.com, "Each restaurant does sign a contract with Restaurant.com agreeing to accept all certificates sold, even if the restaurant decides to discontinue participation with Restaurant.com." Not only did I receive a form letter, taking the tone of hey thanks for the comments, but I was told by the wait staff that certificates were not accepted. Honestly, you folks are sorely in need of better management. Trust me, based on this latest breach of taking a consumer for granted, I'm sending this on to corporate at Double Tree. I'm sure they'll love to hear from one of their patrons.

worst experience ever!!! Food is bad, service is bad. a 18% enforced tip without notifying me ahead. I bought a restaurant.com certificate for this restaurant and they declined to take it. can't find a worse place for dinner than this one.

Came here on business and stayed Wednesday and Thursday night. The music was great on Wednesday and the service was quick and friendly. I will definitely stay here at the doubletree again. I had the calamari and meatballs, and for appetizers they were really good

Father's Day man brunch Harley's inside and out. Menu meat and potatoes, pies and cakes. The Chef was handing out cigars. I can't think of a better way to enjoy the day!

We went tonite to listen to the live jazz band and have dinner. We got there around 8p. It wasn,'t busy at all but 10 mins of waiting, no one brought us a menu so I went to bar to get them myself. 10 mins later waitress comes over and ask to take our order. It took 22 mins for our food to come, my fillet that I ordered medium was flavorless and over cooked. We asked for a fork for my friend to eat his meal, we watched waitress stand at bar and conversate with bartenders for at least 10 mins before she realized we were staring at her and waiting on his fork. By then his food was cold and it was pointless to wait another 20 mins for another plate. Her excuse was that they were busy, but there was only 3 other people there and they had already finished eating. Her service was awful and so was the food. The prices they charge for the food, one would expect to get a good meal. I would go back to hear the bands and have a few drinks, but I will make sure to grab a good meal somewhere else.

Not a good sign to walk into the restaurant and 1) see a 100% empty restaurant and 2) wait 10 minutes before someone who is not even the server come to try to help us find the server. It's safe to say we headed towards the door after that and will not be back.

Went for the Father's Day Brunch today. It was great! There was an awesome spread and everything was perfectly cooked and impressively displayed. They hired a new chef a few months ago who really knows what he's doing. My in-laws and I loved the food. The service was also amazing, very attentive staff. We'll definitely be back.

Came here with the mother as a late mother's day lunch. The selection for lunch is salads, sandwiches and paninis, create your own pasta, and create your own pizza. We ordered a pizza with chicken, artichoke, red onion, and mushroom toppings. The pizza is $12 and comes with three toppings (each additional costs $1 more). We also ordered a salmon pasta with pesto sauce. This came with a choice of either soup or salad and bread and we chose to get clam chowder. Not sure if only the salad comes with bread but we never received any bread. They also don't give out bread baskets for lunch at least. Because we had a restaurant.com certificate, we decided to order a chicken wrap. It comes with a choice of garlic fries, sweet potato fries, fruit salad, garden salad, or pasta salad. I chose a garden salad with honey mustard dressing. The pizza was very disappointing. Although they weren't skimpy on the cheese, it was overwhelming and very very watery. The pizza was undercooked and especially with all the water on the pizza, each slice just fell apart. The dough in the middle was half raw and the crust had no flavor. I expected better. The artichokes tasted as though they were canned since it was very sour and some pieces were so tough, we had to spit it out. The fettuccine noodles were oddly very hard, not undercooked though but just hard. Like when the noodles stick together. We were disappointed that the pasta didn't come with a salmon fillet and instead came with broken up salmon pieces which tasted abnormally fishy. Maybe it's because we're used to eating salmon cooked with wine to get rid of the seafood smell. The pasta sauce was very very thick and mostly tasted of cream than it did of pesto. The pasta was $15, 11 for the pasta and 4 extra for salmon. Next was the chicken wrap which was $10. Not a lot of chicken and mostly leafy greens. It said it came with a mango sauce but it was definitely a honey mustard dressing, exactly like the one I had for my salad. Thank goodness we came with a certificate otherwise it would've been the biggest ripoff in the world. I suggest anyone who is thinking about coming here to find another place. You'll be much happier with your money spent elsewhere. We received great service however and that is the only good thing about this place.

We went to Ginger's for Mother's Day and the ambience was good. I think the price was too high for the amount of food they had out. My omelet was fixed the way I liked it with one exception, they ran out of spinach. My daughter's prime rib was dried out and lacked flavor. The seafood was very good. There is room for improvement and I will go back.

Went for Easter brunch 2014. Entrance was ridiculous. There were not that many guests there but the confusion of the staff created a line. Then they automatically added a tip which was not due to poor service. The server disappeared and did not appear until the end of the meal. Had to ask for refreshments several times, and even after t=stacking the dishes over several plates high, the staff ignored us. The carving rack was good, prime rib cut to order, same with the lamb. Omelet was good. Hot dishes were plentiful and prepared will with little salt. Lox was a little clumpy due to bad shearing. Deserts were ignored since servers did not mention them at all. Changing hands to Doubletree in a week. Hope they will do better, since Hilton was favorite place place since 1989.
