I particularly like this autumn and winter limited edition pickled vegetable and beef rice noodles.I think the spiciness of the beef brisket stewed in spicy soup is slightly spicy, but it is very thoughtful to be able to adjust the spiciness when eating the beef and noodles separately!!The beef brisket is juicy, tender and especially sweet when cooked in stock.

This place has the soup noodle combination that tasted so good, I can't wait for my stomach to be empty again. The beef was generous portion, lots of pickle vegetables, flavorful broth, and all you can add on condiments. Service was quick, attentive, the place looks and feel like typical noodle shops so nothing special here. But the food I would come back for over and over again.

Ok, so I walked in here borderline hangry and looking for a place for quick, wholesome food with three other hangry folks in tow. Hangry or not, this place is awesome! Like the other reviewers mentioned, the noodles is what stands out most, complemented by the complex layers of flavors in the soup base and toppings. Really enjoyed dining here especially because of the friendly and efficient customer service. The kitchen was about to close when we walked in, but they were so gracious to accommodate our requests. A must try while in this area in Newark :)

I've visited a couple times for lunch during work hours and I love that I can be in and out in less than an hour. The rice noodles have a nice bouncy texture and the broths and meat are packed with flavor. I usually get their shredded meat (pork), pickle, and bamboo shoot noodle soup. For the price, I think the portion is generous, especially considering this time of inflation.Quick service and delicious food for a reasonable price. Recommend!

The mifen (rice noodles) here is pretty good. I came here for lunch over the weekend and ordered a pickled cabbage braised beef rice noodle soup for $15.99. The ordering process is via QR code found on the dining table. There was minimal service at this location other than bringing you food and water. The food itself was pretty good. I'd recommend picking the meat and cabbage pieces with your chopsticks to put into your noodle soup, instead of pouring everything into your noodle soup because the brine that the meat is in is very oily. Lastly, it's a very casual -- eat and leave kind of ambiance in there. Service was efficient, not many words were exchanged, and overall a good place if you want a quick, no frills dining experience.
