Best cakes I’ve ever tried. Always get from here every year for my kids. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. My family has got from here for 15 years now. Both of the workers are very nice.Hope they open back up soon again.🙏🏼🙏🏼

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place. Consistent to other reviewers, the front desk lady is very rude. if you are like me who cares less about front desk service as long as you get what you are looking for, you will still go here and will be highly disappointed. Now my experience, I placed an order for a special custom birthday cake on Sunday for the cake to be picked up at noon on Tuesday. Ofcourse paid upfront. Called on Tuesday at 2pm since I was running late to make sure they arent closed by the time i get there and the guy (who I believe was the baker) answered the phone and said "cake? what number? Ok its not ready yet, pick up at 5?" I said the pick up time was supposed to be 12p and i just called to let you know that i am running late but you are saying you havent started? He says "I will start now, you can pick up in 15 minutes?" Custom cake in 15 minutes which costed me $180 I wasnt sure what to do at that point. So i told him to cancel the order and refund the money to which he declined saying "no refund, see you"WILL NOT RETURN!WILL NOT RECOMMEND!IF YOU REALLY WANT A GOOD TRES LE CHES AND THATS THE ONLY REASON YOU ARE GOING THERE, TRY SAFEWAY! TASTES EXACTLY SAME IF NOT BETTER AND THEY DONT EVEN CHARGE UPFRONT!

I bought Innlay bakery dinner rolls recently. We really like their eggless bread rolls as they replicate the taste ‘pav’ for Indian people. In just 4-5 days green mounds started growing on them. Their expiry date is 6th December. The vendor does not even have a contact email to address such issues. Very disappointed with this.

Went on order cake for my son's b'day. When asked for cake designs lady at counter started replying with rude responses. In a start I thought it may be she didn't understand English properly but with each and every sentence she was speaking very rude... So left immediately and I will suggest every one... Spend a little more but don't go to this bakery for any orders.
Their Croissants are amazing and bread is good too. I haven’t tried anything else.

I have been eating this white bread( shown in picture) since last three years. I have always bought this from indian grocery store(Trinethra) from Sunnyvale. Being honest I have never visited this bakery store in person.Today I noticed this mold growing in a pack that I have just brought few day back and the expiry date as stated in the pack is 06/15 (15th June).Not sure if it is the bakery mistake in baking the bread or the grocery store selling unsold bread with new expiry date tags.2 stars because reviews from other and the fact I do not know whose fault it is.Also I tried calling the bakery to let them know so that they can double check with the distributors but some stupid guy answered the phone, sounded very rude and hung up on mid way conversation twice, I called them around 6:20 pm (06/12/23)

i had the opportunity to try innlay's cake at my friend's baby shower and wow i was shooken because usually when I've tried cakes it's always the usual ones with eggs. but... for the cake to be eggless it was so yummy! the frosting and everything intermixed made it so bomb and would 10/10 recommend ordering from them!they're a cute mom-and-dad store and during the time when i stopped by to pick up the cake their in-store pastries/bread options were limited but i feel that the options in which you order ahead would be really bombed!!tip: lots of parking available
