Hinodeya has been our favorite ramen hangout in recent times. We go there multiple times a month. Their vegan ramen is amazing and so are all the vegan appetizers. The ramen broth is not overly salty and just right. They allow you to customize the spiciness of the ramen broth, which helps our family members choose different level of spiciness per their liking. It is a small place they seemed very busy. I got vegan ramen and vegetarian rolls to go. Parking is limited next to a 7-11. It taste good the vegetarian rolls were okay.
