Liam was our waiter for the night. He was amazing took care of my family and I throughout the evening he made sure we were taken care of. Super attentive to anything we needed. I highly recommend jacks restaurant 10/10!

Ordered the Alfredo pasta and the Mediterranean plate. Unfortunately, both dishes fell below expectations. The pasta lacked flavor; the sauce was too mild and didn’t blend well with the pasta. I'd rate it a 3/10. The Mediterranean plate was slightly better but still just average, so I’d give it a 4/10.

Loved the atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The food was very good specifically the appetizers. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Service was fast as well.

First time here and the ambience is amazing! The food however, is another thing. Most of the stuff we got was great but we ordered the chicken piccata and it was absolutely terrible. We had to send it back but other than that the entire experience was fantastic. I will return.

This place was GREAT. From entry to exit. The host was got me seated promptly. My waitress Maria was the BEST. The food was WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS. I loved the meatloaf. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. My appetizer came out 1st. Then my soup, then afterwards my entrée. I was able to enjoy everything hot. Not having to let one get cold while enjoying the other. There was someone there to remove my empty plates. I just loved the service. This experience has redefined what a five star review should be for me.

I was here for lunch today with my brother and sister. The gyro was delicious! I would go back for just that. We were seated quickly, and the server was awesome.

I got a lamb hamburger two weeks back. I started throwing up and diarrhea after I got home. I take a sick leave and slept for a day but still got a fever on the second day. I got fully recovered 4 days later, suffering from diarrhea, fever and stomach aches.

It was a painful experience. But after my wife called in to complain, they kept telling us their manager will call back. They didn’t do anything to prioritize our case, and keep wasting my time and ignoring my awful experience.

I’ll suggest my family and friends never visiting this restaurant again and all chains in other locations.

Food at Jacks was great. I had the reuben. It didn't have fresh cooked corn beef but what they use is way better than the deli sliced corn beef that most restaurants use. It was a bit light on saurkraut but overall better than average. Garlic-Oregano fries are good but heavy on garlic. Bone in Buffalo wings a re great as well. Good flavored sauce.

My wife and I came here for dinner on Sept 6 and were pleasantly surprised as we had no expectations for this place. Great service along with good food and value here!

We ordered the lamb burger ($~17) and shrimp scampi pasta (~$24). We'd probably get both again, but I personally enjoyed the lamb burger more as it had more flavor and wasn't as heavy. Pro-tip: If you get the burger, upgrade to their garlic oregano fries!

I also wanted to recognize Sean for his awesome service! He was very helpful when we were trying to figure out drinks and food and ensured we had a great visit. I'm glad Sean got to celebrate an Eagles win with us as well! Thanks, Sean! =]
