I was really hoping Ming Kee would be a great new discovery for a traditional Chinese breakfast. The place itself is very promising—it's impeccably clean and organized inside, and the staff had my takeout order ready to go right when I arrived.
They definitely know how to make a great Stewed Beef Tendon Rice Roll; the flavors were rich, and the tendon was perfectly tender, which shows they have potential...
