My Tho Vietnamese Restaurant

I ordered the lemongrass chicken bun. It came with an excellent chicken soup. Lately, many Vietnamese restaurants have been serving me bun where the components were served on a dinner plate. So I was pleasantly surprised to get an old-school bowl of bun with the noodles buried under layers of veggies. I could not finish the meal, there was so much of it. It did not disappoint.

Found them looking for some pho on Thanksgiving and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The food we ordered was delivered fairly quickly compared to similar restaurants. However, there was one key difference. The flavors! Every item we tasted was super fresh and flavorful. I've been to My Tho a couple of times now and the food remains consistent. Compared to other places like Pho 99, the flavor of the food is more prominent. Their portion sizes are also bigger for banh mi and spring rolls which I appreciate. I also like how the peanut sauce with the spring rolls has a stronger taste.
