First time coming here. This bubble tea shop is very quiet until the kids come here. I am quite concerned that the drink prices from the kiosk don’t match the ones from the menu billboard. They should update the billboard so customers don’t think that they are actual pricedThe bubble tea tastes good, but am disappointed that we get a 50¢ charge every time we add a flavor. Stopping by for some boba before heading home, we decided to give Q Tea Monster a try as they were in the same shopping plaza as the restaurant that we were just eating lunch at. Ordering is done mostly via the self-service kiosk, as they only appeared to have one person behind the counter manning the registers and making drinks. Located just across Newpark Mall and next to Newark Memorial High School in the outdoor mall, you'll find a plethora of eateries and shops. Among the many places you can choose to dine, QT Monster is one of the few shops for boba drinks and the only one in the vicinity serving egg puffs. And egg puffs with ice cream!The parking lot is pretty accessible - plenty of easy to pull in spots.
