Had to go inside because there was a cone blocking the drive-thru which was understandable as there were only two baristas inside working all the orders coming in. They were doing a great job and my drink was excellent! Hope they get fully staffed soon so that drive thru can open up again!

Benny! If you haven’t met this wonderful person, you need to switch where you are getting your morning coffee from and come here! Exceptional customer service, a beautiful smile and an absolute vibe! I gave up buying Starbucks for my New Year’s resolution and I will buy a coffee from time to time just to get my Benny fix. I’ve only encountered some of the best baristas here and am so grateful these amazing people add to my day in such a positive way.Thanks a latte!

Waited in line for about 10 minutes thinking the person in front of me was placing a large order. When I finally got up to the kiosk to order, I was told that their drive-thru was closed and there was a cone in the driveway, which is not true. Four more cars behind me. They informed me that the system was down and they weren't taking orders. They could have had somebody outside informing people or truly blocked the drive-thru off if they weren't able to take orders. Instead. I was stuck in a line behind people trying to place orders at the window thinking it was only the kiosk that was down.I will actually give them another try tomorrow morning, but if this is another fiasco I will never stop at the Starbucks again.

I don’t even like coming to this Starbucks but it’s the only one nearby. I was placing my order at the drive thru I was trying to say it slow because it’s alittle complicated. And she goes “ I’m not there yet” and she gives me a snarky attitude. Instead of saying sorry ma’am can you repeat that or please say it slower. She gives me attitude and after I said sorry bc ( I work at a Starbucks myself I GET IT ) she doesn’t even say it’s okay, thank you, have a nice day. I always get attitude from the workers here …

This is the worst Starbucks place ever...30 minutes in drive thru...ordered on mobile app...how is that possible? 2 workers only?

In this Starbucks today. One of the rest room was closed. They said somebody messed it up. The other rest room could not be open. The code they gave me was wrong. They could not open it with their key. All I got was “I am sorry”.
