Don’t bother visiting. There’s better options. Ruined the experience to ‘upcharge’ me next time for coconut creamer because it’s a milk ‘alternative’ ?‍♂️ hard pass on Starbucks for this behavior.

Super awesome crew !!! With Upbeat attitude !! As soon as you walk in the door , the first greet and interaction was stupendous, very nice and welcoming ! They are life savers , really made my day ! After long morning , my coworkers and I needed coffee in our life's , we ordered from the Automall pkwy store , and when we got to the office , we tried our Brown sugar shaken expressos and tasted like black coffee with no sweetener . (Even if it did have the omilk) I went back to Automall pkwy and asked if they may please remake the drinks because it didn't taste like the usual drink , it was super strong with no flavor (brown sugar). The first barista looked at me and walked away after I asked kindly . They were very unwelcoming , seemed to be upset , (I didn't really want to return to begin with ) but we weren't going to enjoy the drinks we paid for ... they didn't say a word just grabbed the drinks and after 20 min of waiting they just placed them in the pick up area and walked away with no acknowledgment . I walked out and got in my car tasted my cup of coffee and it was the same , just added more milk it seemed like it wasn't remade . I didn't want to be given the same treatment so I left , Drove down to this Starbucks hoping they would help ! They did , and I can say 100% with no hesitation this team is awesome , not only because they helped me . But they truly seemed kind and genuine. THANK YOU GUYS A BUNCH , Crazy morning over coffee!

3months ago I stop going this location because all the barista’s staffs &crew they didn’t treat well all there new customers, they look always sad what there are doing , there are not approachable , totally they are not friendly neighborhood starbucks. That’s why I highly recommend to please tell to the manager PLS. tell all your team. Have a good manners and good attitude towards your customers whatever there color/ race / clothes there wearing. I come today I tough there have a good time today again, I’m disappointed ? to there works and attitudes. Please Put LOVE WHAT YOU DO.THANKS FOR READING have a beautiful weekend. ?

First thing in the morning all you want is to have a good day. In this Starbucks, there’s this girl who’s white shirt is stained with coffee. I don’t usually mind waiting in line. I used to work with food service too so I understand. But this particular girl, no “good morning, I'm sorry but we will be right with you shortly” or just a simple “good morning” she didn’t recognize my existence there, she was rude to her co-workers, and rude to another customer. Anyways, I just wanted to buy food I already ordered my drink ahead of time, paid my food and went to the claim section. She’s there on that section and I asked her if I could get my order but before I could finish my statement she rudely said “can you wait” I was taken a back. So rude, if I see her again I would tell her how rude she is.

Todays service with it seems to be employee meeting. Very so not managed well. The bar person was not friendly nor aware of orders that needed to be served to mobile orders. This person needs work.

Slow service. I waited for more than 15 minutes with one or two people in front of me to receive my order. It appears there is a lack of organization, time management, and urgency at this location.

I personally love Starbucks a lot. They have amazing cold drinks, including iced coffee. In the summer, I mostly drink cold drinks. I really like their drinks.Their service is very good and they are also friendly people.
