The senior lady working here need a better attitude for sure, or need to let go. Don't be mean to your customer, I felt like I am begging food from her own kitchen. The Indian gentleman is great.

It didn’t meet expectations.

The quantity in both footlongs was noticeably low.

I had requested extra sauces and SubKrunch, but they were either missing or barely included.

I also ordered two Footlong Cookies, but they were out of stock, and I was not informed in advance.

When I called the restaurant after noticing these issues, the staff did not respond politely and seemed dismissive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! This location deserve to be close, they do not honor what you order, remove half of the ingredients of what you order, the staff and owner is super rude when you ask them and basically ask you to not come again. Spend your money elsewhere!

The saddest sandwich I have ever had the displeasure of eating. Every ingredient is minimal for the exorbitant prices they’re charging. They even got the wrong kind of bread I ordered. Will never order from this location again.

I’ve ordered a few time from them but I won’t be going back!
This is one of the worst places to order food. The workers are moody, rude, and give you attitude even if you simply say hi or ask a question.
No matter what you order, they barely put any meat in your sandwich—it’s as if you ordered a veggie sandwich!
If you have other options, avoid this place. I do not recommend it!

The product used to be more fresh. new management is not so detail oriented to keep the food clean and organized carefully.service used to be much more friendly and caring. now it's just another fast food location where employees are merely carrying out orders to turn food into cash.

I would not recommend this at all. Very rude and no customer service what so ever.In my whole subway life looks no one said it cost more for toasting. Said it costs more, not knowing this I said sorry and and was willing to pay the difference. But no Plain not ready to help. And on top of it looks like she is in a completion to make the sub dumping stuff on it putting the dressing on top veggies and it’s coming out already when she folds it. By the way subway empty with just one another customer. Should have read that as a sign.Heard from another customer that their toaster didn’t work last time and they are ready to microwave instead.Find a subway where at-least they treat u like u like customers.
