Went through the drive up asking if the new aqua refreshers had caffeine. The person replied they only had strawberry, mango or dragon fruit. I tried to ask about caffeine again and he repeated the flavors. I got to the window and asked If there was someone else that knew, and he gave me my bag said no and slammed the window.

Horrible experience genuinely. I went through the drive thru because when I went inside a few months ago I waited for nearly 15 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff, and almost another 20 to actually get my order (which they almost forgot my drink). Well this time I go through drive thru and it was extremely fast, I asked for two tacos but to substitute the beef with chicken and I expected the extra dollar charge for the substitution, what I did not expect was to get my tacos and for there to be five tiny pieces of chicken buried under the lettuce on each, the tortillas were literally cold to the touch. Whatever, I decided to just go inside and get them remade. I was shocked by how much the employees pushed back though, and they were refusing to do anything about is until I said I wanted a refund, then suddenly they were able to remake it. The guy at drive thru was acting like I was overreacting and said the extra dollar I paid was for the substitution not the chicken, but why am I paying it if they aren't actually giving me a decent amount to substitute the beef with? The entire conversation was so frustrating and I felt completely disrespected. I have worked fast food, I knew what to expect and I was upset but I wasn't being exceptionally rude or anything, just wanted to get what I paid for. Never coming to this location again.

They usually mess up my order because they are too busy asking if I'm going to use the mobile app to listen to what I'm saying. Usually teenagers are at the helm, and they really don't care.

Bad service, they make you wait for an order for more than 20 minutes. Nobody comes out to assist the customers. You ask them something and they just tell you to wait a minute and it turns into 10 minutes and they continue with the bad service. I don't agree with the way of serving in this place. The employees need more training and to be more friendly with the customers.

At the location on Thornton Avenue I ordered a Steak Chalupa Supreme when I went to eat was too hard.
I tried to break off some of it so I could eat it and it was still horrible , I had two bites of it and they would replace it that's all I wanted, I didn't want my money back which I'm sure they wouldn't do anyway. I do not recommend this Taco Bell because their food is not quality made.

Five star service and food, taking into account that it's a Taco Bell. Never been inside, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. They've never gotten my order wrong though, and it's always tasted exactly as expected, and the drive thru are friendly, and when they aren't super busy, they're even personable.

just got my food from taco bell right now. i asked the lady for a cheesy bean and rice burrito twice and it said bean burrito on the display screen but i told her no cheesy bean and rice burrito and she said yea i know. and she still got it wrong when i got my order! this is the 4th time this has happened to me when i order past 1am
