I'm sorry to see some others had unpleasant experiences, I had a great stay. Room was clean and well kept, staff was very nice, and it is an excellent location. I do agree with another reviewer that the cafe (or whatever it's called) inside was a bit pricey for the food and beverages they serve. But hey, that's convenience right? I'll stay here again
The Courtyard is a great hotel to stay at as their staff is friendly and their rooms are well kept. As you enter the hotel, there is a mini snack bar next to the front desk along with the shared microwave. The shared microwave is definitely a downside to the hotel, as I really wish they had personal ones in each room readily available. They also have a Starbucks located in the first floor, but l've noticed that their staff never arrives at their opening time (6AM?) as advertised...read full review

Karla at the Front Office is absolutely the best! Courteous, sympathetic and very customer service oriented. We stayed at the hotel last weekend for the handball tournament. Our last game was at 12:30pm on Sunday. We asked about any possibility to check out later (to take quick shower right after the game and before the flight) and she was able to accommodate us. This was much appreciated because all flights to San Diego were cancelled due to heavy rain and we ended up driving....read full review
