Got a grande iced latte for $9 and super disgusting. I double checked with the staff if it was an iced latte. It looked more like an iced coffee with a tiny bit of milk. Feel bad for Starbucks having their brand in this bistro…

I am retired now but I will never forget that freezing night I spent in my rental car after this location cancelled my confirmed stay because I could not answer their call due to me being in an important meeting. I had never been a no-show in the dozens of times I had stayed there. Marriot couldn't care less even though I was an " Elite" rewards member. So glad I don't travel for business anymore. Spend your memory elsewhere.

Karla at the Front Office is absolutely the best! Courteous, sympathetic and very customer service oriented. We stayed at the hotel last weekend for the handball tournament. Our last game was at 12:30pm on Sunday. We asked about any possibility to check out later (to take quick shower right after the game and before the flight) and she was able to accommodate us. This was much appreciated because all flights to San Diego were cancelled due to heavy rain and we ended up driving. Imagine four girls who played 40 minutes intense game stuck in the car for 7 hours? We can't either and it is all with gratitude to Karla! Thank you!

The place is nice and clean, but extremely outdated. The rooms, bathrooms, the elevator need a major renovation.

I'm sorry to see some others had unpleasant experiences, I had a great stay. Room was clean and well kept, staff was very nice, and it is an excellent location. I do agree with another reviewer that the cafe (or whatever it's called) inside was a bit pricey for the food and beverages they serve. But hey, that's convenience right? I'll stay here again

would've gave it 0/5 stars if i could. stayed here in 2021 with my family and it was a horrible experience especially thanks to the manager TJ and the young asian-american girl (who I think name was Karissa i'm not sure) upfront as well. TJ is not fit to be a manager if he's not gonna listen to guests when there is a complaint or problem. he wouldn't let me speak and then was even more rude because i got upset. he reminded me of a 5 year old child. the hotel also took extra money off my card AFTER i left and did not wanna fix the problem at all when i called. the other staff were very nice and helpful but those two made the stay very horrible.

The Courtyard is a great hotel to stay at as their staff is friendly and their rooms are well kept. As you enter the hotel, there is a mini snack bar next to the front desk along with the shared microwave. The shared microwave is definitely a downside to the hotel, as I really wish they had personal ones in each room readily available. They also have a Starbucks located in the first floor, but l've noticed that their staff never arrives at their opening time (6AM?) as advertised by the front desk. As for the rooms, they have their own mini fridge which is great for short stays. I can definitely overlook the two downsides of this hotel as The Courtyard is conveniently located next to restaurants/fast food chains and I can easily drive a couple minutes to the Starbucks nearby. P.S. Hopefully this hotel will look into fluffier pillows because their pillows are a little flat and stiff, but not at all unbearable.

Thank you, Maria (morning shift), for being so patient and friendly. I didn't get the young lady's name for the evening shift but she was just as kind! I only subtracted one star because the rooms my friend were at both had a busted light (which we didn't really mind) and the toilet for one of the rooms was so weak that it wouldn't flush all the way.

Clean, quite and great staff the rooms a little outdated but I will take when you have a clean and quite hotel. Marriott always my first choice nothing compares to customer services . Location is not far from interstate and beds are soft and walls not so thin

The most unfriendly front checkin staff, parking challenges, dirty swimming pool, and engineering staff cannot address the issues. Poor English and housekeeping arminda is most forgettable staff member

Do not stay here. The rooms are filthy. Monica and Celina are very un courteous to bonvoy members. I have had a very stressful time working with the both of them. The Manager Dan seems to be kinder but i have not worked with him.

This Courtyard has definitely seen better days... The rooms are all outdated and I'm surprised that the elevators passed inspection -- the one of the left seems like it could give out at any second. The snack corner is extremely basic, and not very well stocked with lots of empty space. The lobby itself seems decent, but I didn't come here to sleep in the lobby. The receptionist was unremarkable; not particularly rude or outstanding. Usually whenever I check-in if it's not too busy I get a complimentary upgrade because of my status, which did not happen here. This was disappointing, but of course it's not always guaranteed. Regardless, because of this and the condition of the rooms, I will not be staying at this location again the next time I'm in the area.
